Emiliano Mazza De Luca was born in Montevideo 1970.

Committed to auteur cinema, he experiments with multi-formats, impact cinema (Outreach&Engagement), performance cinema, and cinema concerts. The search for new forms of representation is his main concern. His films have been recognized at important international film festivals like: IDFA, Biarritz, Seattle, Guadalajara, among others.

As a teacher, he has worked at EICTV advising on production, and impact campaigns in: Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico and Uruguay.

More than 15 years of experience providing international production services in Uruguay and the region, thanks to alliances with a network-friendly companies in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico and Uruguay.
