Synopsis:
The aunts recounts the lives of some women who have gone through our history, women who were part of our everyday and family world. They are women who were relegated from spaces and collective memory for not complying with the social mandates of their time, being architects, sometimes without being aware of it, of the changes and advances in the role of women in our current society.
Bio Director:
Marta García works as an editor at LatAmCinema, a programmer and cultural manager in film, territory and public projects. Sol Infante is a teacher, photographer and graduate in communication sciences. The documentary feature film Puta Historia, co-directed by both of them, is in editing stage. Rocío López has extensive experience in direct sound for film and TV, both in fiction and documentary.
