A group of women goes through different challenges that motherhood awakens. Between comedy and drama, Mothers in silence dives into one of the most intense experiences of life: the one that finds us halfway between what we had dreamed for our lives... and the reality that we have to face.

Abend and Loeff founded MMS Films in 2003. Their film Hit became the highest grossing national film in 2008. In 2017 La flor de la vida had its world premiere at IDFA and it toured more than 20 festivals around the world.
