Synopsis:
Last day of the year. Beach. 35 degrees of heat in the shade. A child gets lost in the crowd... The meat awaits on the grill, and goodwill doesn't last forever.

Bio Director:
Lorenzo Tocco (Montevideo, Uruguay, 1994) is an audiovisual filmmaker. Since 2015, he has worked in various areas of film production, mainly as an editor, assistant director, and script supervisor, on short films, feature films, and TV series. As a director and screenwriter, he made the short films Bodas de Oro (2019), which won Best Ibero-American Short Film at the Guadalajara International Film Festival, and Un adulto responsable (2026), which won Best Uruguayan Short Film at the Uruguay International Film Festival. He is currently in post-production on his first feature film, El Surubí.
