Synopsis:
A German backpacker arrives in Uruguay, weary of traveling the world, and gets robbed of everything. Stranded in a small town, he looks for work and begins a strange journey.
Bio Director:
Manu Rosa is a filmmaker who graduated from the Uruguayan Film School (ECU). His graduation short film, From the Shadows, premiered at the Uruguayan International Film Festival. In 2024, he joined the CineMarea residency, where he shot his first feature, A Better Place. In 2025, he went to EICTV in Cuba to film Cagüeyro, premiered at José Ignacio International Film Festival.
