Synopsis:
A brave old world tells the story of Yenia Dumnova, a journalist and artist born in Russia where, at the age of 23, met Mario Jaunarena, a Uruguayan member of the diplomatic corps of our country, with whom she married and shared the rest of her life, choosing Uruguay as her place in the world. Yenias life crosses the political and social events of the second half of the 20th century with a prominence and intensity worthy of a cinematographic story.

Bio Director:
Laura Bondarevsky started out in cinema as a documentary filmmaker, directing her first medium-length documentary Panzas 1999 and later the Documentary Feature Film Chevocachai 2003, with a strong tour of international festivals. Between 2004 and 2022, she worked with renowned directors in different roles as director of actors and make-up artist.
